All Mobile Clinics

The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but if trip cancelation is necessary, the deposit may be applied toward another clinic in the future as long as the change is announced two-weeks prior to the clinic start date.
Any money paid toward the participation fee by the participant or any other party will not be refunded if cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to the clinic start date.

If registration does not meet the minimum number of required participants, the Mobile Clinic trip will be canceled and all money will be refunded in full. Participants may also have the option of moving to another clinic.
