Summer 2012 and Year-round Internship Application
Please fill out this application in its entirety (applications may not be saved and revisited) and submit by Sunday, February 12th. Following this date, MEDLIFE will contact select applicants to conduct phone interviews. MEDLIFE receives a great number of applications each year for a very limited number of placements, and as such we are forced to reject many qualified applicants.
If you are applying to the Year-round internship, please indicate this in your application and state your dates of availability. Applications for Fall 2012 - Spring 2013 year-round internships are due by March 31, 2012.
