MEDLIFE believes that college-age students have both the power and the responsibility to help improve the lives of the poor. Our chapters are student-based groups that represent and promote MEDLIFE at their schools and in their local communities. Currently, MEDLIFE has more than 50 chapters throughout the United States, Canada, and England.
Just a few ways that MEDLIFE chapters have made an impact:
|
Raising thousands of dollars for the MEDLIFE Project Fund and contributing towards the completion of community development, hygiene, and school projects. For more information about student fundraising, click here.
Sending groups of student volunteers to help deliver Mobile Clinic medical services to low-income communities in Peru, Ecuador, and Panama.
Providing education to their peers on global health and development topics.
Initiating or engaging in local community service initiatives.
Hosting regional MEDLIFE conferences.
