How to Apply for a MEDLIFE Mobile Clinic:
1. Log in or create a myMEDLIFE account.
2. Visit the 'Upcoming Mobile Clinics' page under the 'Mobile Clinics' tab and click the 'Register' button for the Clinic which you plan to attend.
3. Fill out the application and process the non-refundable $100 deposit, reserving your place on the Mobile Clinic. You must possess a passport valid for 6 months beyond the date of your Mobile Clinic. If you do not make the $100 deposit payment, your appliation will be saved under your myMEDLIFE profile, but your spot on the Mobile Clinic will not be reserved.
4. Upon paying the $100 deposit, you will receive an email with more information about preparing for the Mobile Clinic, as well as the purchase of airfare.
DO NOT purchase airfare on your own unless you have received explicit authorization from a MEDLIFE representative to do so. On some Mobile Clinics, all participant airfare is coordinated through a travel agent. On other Clinics, students are asked to seek out their own airfare. You should wait until hearing from MEDLIFE before you decide to purchase airfare on your own (you may incur some additional fees if your arrival time does not coincide with the arrival of the other participants).
